## Do **not** load into a single Shell dump

These are large or tabular — open only when you need a specific answer:

- `INFORANK.md`, `SPILLRANK.md` (~130 KB each) — use folder `ranking/` notes instead when possible
- `MANIFEST.json` — file inventory, not business knowledge
- `stock/latest.json` and branch JSON — query by SKU, don’t paste whole
- `sources/products/`, `sources/training/`, `sources/company/` — thousands of pages; open by slug
- Any `.html` twin

## How to dig deeper

1. Need a product → `sources/products/{slug}.md` (or build am.im JSON URL from SKU: lowercase, non-letters → dash).
2. Need qty → `stock/latest.json` keys only for that SKU; never invent restock days.
3. Need a how-to → `sources/training/` or manuals linked from the product page.
4. Need market colour → `HELPING.md` then YouTube channel notes under `sources/youtube/`.
5. Common client question type → `scenarios/INDEX.md` then `scenarios/roadmap.md` (first-shop / DTF / UV-DTF / vinyl / press / laser / CNC / wide-format / PhaseMagic / single-SKU stock / combo / software / troubleshoot / online-vs-floor / signals).

## Internal Affairs (separate tree)

Company process lives in `T:\I\export` (not this public folder). Same rule: short digests first; never concatenate the whole IA tree. Public bots should **not** get IA unless Eric grants it.

## Size rule for maintainers

Entry digests (this file, README, READING, HELPING, STOCK overview): keep each under ~50 KB, opinion + pointers only. Heavy tables stay in their own files/folders.
