- A factory batch of **DTF 600 mm** printers shipped with the **bulk-ink system power connector reversed** versus the 24 V support loom.
- Support 24 V is **blue − / brown +**. Bulk-ink connector was **black − / red +** reversed.
- Push the pin, pull the wire, **swap** the two conductors. If left reversed, the **ink mixer, pump, and ink-low sensor** will not work.
