# FAQ — Machine arrived but not dispatched?

Warehouse may still need to **open/unpack** crates (especially lasers with packed spares). Fully paid orders can still be on hold until unpack completes. Ask sales for Eric/warehouse release — do not assume arrival email = ready for courier.
