# Callout flight and accommodation quoting

For AM.CO.ZA machine technical callouts:

- Book technicians in advance; booking date confirmed after payment clears and is valid for that day
- Trips over about 200 km: quote at least one night accommodation per person
- Trips over about 450 km: may quote flights (luggage and insurance on return; airport transfer extras); client arranges fetch/drop at a nearby airport
- Callout labour and travel are separate from machine warranty cover
