# Callout travel & labour — booking rules (sales)

- Technical callouts are for **AM.CO.ZA machines only**; technicians booked in advance.
- Booking date confirmed by email **only after payment clears**; valid for that day only.
- Distance **>200 km** → min one night accommodation per person quoted.
- Distance **>450 km** → flight quote when possible (luggage/insurance, Uber to OR Tambo, airport parking); client arranges airport fetch/drop.
- Labour & travel **not** covered under machine warranty.
