AM technical callouts are booked in advance and confirmed after payment.
Trips over about 200 km usually include at least one night’s accommodation per technician in the quote.
Trips over about 450 km may be quoted with flights; the client typically fetches and returns the technician at a nearby airport.
Callout labour and travel are separate from machine warranty cover.
