Collect at HQ is not an outbound technician visit

When a buyer removes travel/service to collect from the Johannesburg factory and learn with technicians on site, do not schedule or promise an outbound technician visit to the client's city. Reserve stock, wait for POP, then book an on-site collect + setup slot at the branch.
