# KB: Export client-arranged courier collect checklist

When overseas client books their own freight (e.g. Express Link → Malawi):
1. Confirm AM stem paid/cleared for release
2. Provide physical collect address + on-site contact
3. State site collect requirements (forklift/ID/hours)
4. Complete courier shipping-instructions form
5. Advise export/customs code / commercial docs as needed

Do not route through /dropoff or invent Service Centre process without human.
