- Prefer the Fulfill Express app on site: status updates immediately and no extra paperwork.
- If the client already bought the item before the callout and you only deliver a borrowed unit, use Fulfill Express and photograph the client proof of payment.
- If the office sold the item on a quotation while you are on site, also use Fulfill Express and photograph the client proof of payment.
- Avoid submitting fulfilled items via https://am.co.za/templates/off when Fulfill Express on site will do.
