## Facts

- Sales must not instruct Dispatch to Reprint or Redispatch an order that is already dispatched in the Fulfilment system.
- Ask April to look for Reprint / Redispatch instructions sent to Dispatch and CC the salesperson. Do not reply on the original dispatch mail and send own instructions.
- Reprint / Redispatch instructions for already-dispatched orders must be sent from April.
