- Company assets that are not Buythis stock (toolbox, phone, software, etc.) are managed in **Fulfillment** under a virtual location named **Staff**, with a named location per person.
- A staff QR (or barcode if the QR is damaged) is used with product scan → **Edit Location** to move an item onto that person; return moves it back to a company physical location.
- Sold via Fulfill Express clears the location automatically. Used or damaged items are removed from the staff location by someone with permission. Check holdings by location list or by scanning the staff QR.
