1. Tech-delivered parts paid onsite can leave **no BB order** if checkout never submitted.
2. Recovery path: identify tech via people page → find draft/orphan → if none, ask company+VAT and **manually create invoice**.
3. If list price changed, invoice as service line rather than inventing SKU price.
4. Ask warehouse vs onsite first to narrow search.
