KB: Pack film rolls separate/protected from heat presses

Soft film/consumable rolls must not share an unprotected carton with heavy heat presses — friction dents layers. Use bubble/solid separators or separate parcels.

Damage replacement tickets should stay distinct from press-order stems when film is a prior replacement.
