FAQ — Our Purchase Order price vs your new quote?

AM works from quotations/proformas, not customer POs. If list/inflation updated after an earlier promo quote, the current proforma applies unless a human sales lead explicitly re-honours an old rate in writing (Ephraim.AI statements do not count).
