## Facts

- Discount is applied to each line, then rounded down (no cents). It is no longer calculated on the quote total then rounded once. The two methods can differ by a rand or two; that is expected and not a bug to "fix".
- If the client paid a slightly higher amount from an older quote, still create the dispatch form. A credit note can be issued for the small difference, or it can be ignored.
- If payment is a little short, the order can usually still be dispatched. If not, ask Eric for a credit note and send the order reference plus the amount difference.
- If the client overpays slightly, issue a credit note for future use.
- VIP can be toggled on any quote not older than a month (previously only that day's new quote). Clients can still activate VIP for a discount. The Everyone-VIP promo was being removed (see first-time VIP page).
