- The quotation system shows **Shipped** and **Ordered** icons with a quantity number after the icon.

- **Ordered** means the factory is making it. Allow about **one month** for small items and about **two months** for bigger machines.
- The number is pulled from the supplier stock / procurement system. Treat it as a reference: errors happen, and for a combo the number can be a **component** count rather than finished units.
