Callout payment with wrong ref — still credit; request corrected POP

If callout Travel & Labour payment lands with the wrong reference, still recognise the credit when amount matches, then ask the client for a POP (or corrected ref) for the file. Do not leave booking unconfirmed solely because the first ref string was wrong.
