# Capitec Immediate Payment Notification ≠ settled on Nedbank

When a Capitec Immediate Payment Notification is attached (e.g. JD7103-DILLON-127), Capitec→Nedbank can still take **up to 2 business days** after cutoff. Eric confirming "Payment not show yet" is the source of truth. Do not let Ephraim tell the client payment is still required / remittance needed when the POP is already attached — wait for bank credit, then dispatch.
