Capitec→Capitec POP can lag — wait then match bank API comment

Client POP attached and stem named (e.g. TB4322-CARLEN-16) may not show on bank for ~1 hour. Wait and rematch on API comment/stem text rather than rejecting the POP. Once BB/API line appears with stem comment, treat as paid.
