When client pays Capitec-to-Capitec with correct AM stem ref (e.g. TB4250-THEMBI-130), bank side may only show a numeric ref. Sales escalates to Eric with POP PDF; match by amount/time/POP image — do not reject for "missing" stem on statement alone.
