Card / POS refund — wait settlement before payout

In-store card payments can take ~21 days to settle before AM can refund. Human owns the refund thread; do not leave the client stuck in Ephraim AI loops. Confirm pay date with owning rep, diary the settle check, then refund to the original payment path.
