Client external PO (MEPO…) ≠ AM stem — map after clear

POP+order packages may cite client PO (e.g. MEPO0005602) while AM stem is only on the attached quote/invoice PDF (MM####-…). Map external ref → AM stem before dispatch/collect reply.
