IA: Config change after quote — reissue dispatch form

When an accessory (e.g. AG-AIR/550 compressor) was on the original quote but the product config changed later, do not ship the obsolete BOM. Eric: reissue current dispatch form (e.g. MM4264-SHANNO-156) matching the paid configuration. Warehouse must print the revised form.
