# Courier collect after POP

Common paid path: client sends POP → sales issues tax invoice → client sends courier to collect during branch hours (Mon–Fri 07:30–16:00, Sat morning). Confirm “yes collect” in writing before warehouse release. CPT/JHB branches both used.
