Dispatch form "already saved" but not saved (BB)

Rep (Tessa) reported Dispatch form for stem TB4303-ARNOCR-3 would not save — UI claimed saved while form not yet committed; follow-up sent BB reference. Ops: retry/clear jam; do not assume warehouse has the form until Printed ack.
