DTF IP lost after factory rewire — human panel/router, not only Windows Properties

When client disconnects DTF to rewire and loses the static IP, guide printer control-panel network page or router DHCP/ARP / prior install notes. Ephraim-only "Control Panel → Devices and Printers → IPv4" is often wrong for industrial NICs.
