After callout POP on quote thread — do not rebook via /callout

If client already replied with POP on Gerchia's Callout Travel and Labour quote (e.g. GH4175-MIKELO), do not auto-reply telling them to submit again via am.co.za/callout or dropoff. Acknowledge POP, confirm booking, wait for "callout paid" / SC confirmation.
