Seen: Ezuluweni lenses tax-invoice chase (TN7085-KEENAN-8). Ephraim replied that invoice was attached; client said no attachment. Tatum human-sent TN7085 PDF → resolved.

Rule: Treat Ephraim attachment claims as unverified. Sales must attach the real tax invoice PDF.
