IA: Ephraim conflicting collect ID/photo rules (Sky Tents TEBOGO)

On TEBOGO/Sky Tents collect+POP, Ephraim first said AM cannot email a photo of the signed delivery note and pointed drop-off URL.
Later reply asked Sky Tents to email the photo of the customer holding the signed note.
Rule: Human owns collect identity/photo/invoice protocol. Do not let AI invent or flip ID/photo requirements; confirm with warehouse/sales before answering.
