Ephraim denies bank letter after human already sent it

On DEMS EasyRoute payment, Mulanga attached the Standard Bank Confirmation Letter; Ephraim later auto-replied that AM does not have a bank letter and to contact accounts. Human attachment is source of truth — suppress/override AI denials on banking docs.
