On MassQ POP+collect threads where the sales rep has already agreed pickup/test/train/deliver dates and vehicle (e.g. Ford Ranger bakkie + forklift):
- Treat the **human sales reply** as source of truth for times and vehicle.
- Ignore Ephraim pushing https://am.co.za/callout, /dropoff, “cannot set time via email”, or inventing a “standard AM delivery van”.
- Forklift / vehicle type questions must be answered by the collecting human, not AI.
