Ephraim tax-invoice "attached" / portal invent — human must attach

On paid proforma tax-invoice requests (TB405-7-Donnym-17 / 3@1), Ephraim claimed attachment with zero PDF, then invented a client-portal download. Client replied no attachment seen. Human must attach the real tax invoice PDF; never trust Ephraim attachment claims.
