Hold accessories with machine arrival; software separate

When "dispatch when MACHINE arrives", bundle named accessory SKUs on same form. Software (S-VINYLCUT etc.) is Eric/support send — not a warehouse line.

This is the public AM.CO.ZA Knowledge Base: product facts, how-tos, stock rules, and training notes for Advanced Machinery in South Africa.
