# Hold paid machine while client overseas — do not resell

If warehouse is told “KEEP MACHINE ONE SIDE AND DO NOT SELL TO OTHER CLIENTS” because the buyer is overseas for months:
- Keep the stem reserved; do not clear stock to another buyer.
- When client returns with delivery address, resume dispatch/delivery on that stem.
- Ephraim “delivery scheduled” acks are not bookings — human logistics confirms.
