When paying third-party transport (e.g. Jacob Transport Bloemfontein), attach the **carrier** quote/invoice — not only the AM machine tax invoice + T&Cs. Eric pays carrier after correct attachment; then warehouse can assemble/release (e.g. Jimmy assemble Raycut).
