IA: LM-V voltage convert must match billed kW

TN7084-XAVIER-P304: warehouse converted LM-V/3000 380V→220V with LF-2000 (2kW) after Tatum billed/promised a 3kW→2kW 220V convert.
Rule: Before prep, confirm invoice kW + voltage with sales stem. Do not dispatch 3kW source when client paid/promised 2kW 220V (or vice versa). Serials for barebone + source must be recorded on the stem.
Human (Eric/April) owned the clarification; warehouse notes "Noted"/photos are not the commercial truth.
