One quote cannot have two shipping lines

When combining two stems into one quote (MM4057-AVUYIL-3 + MM4051-AVUYIL-129), Eric rule: one quote cannot have two shipping lines — sum delivery fees into a single shipping amount on the combined quote (e.g. Seabourne delivery for A3 DTF added into the total).
