Seen: Dr Zaid MM4188 UV/DTF consumables — 600mm DTF film OOS; Mulanga quoted 300mm; client asked remove film + ETA; revised MM4188-DRZAID-54 without film; ETA next month.

Rule: Never silently substitute width/SKU. Disclose OOS, offer substitute, or reissue quote without the line and give ETA.
