Partial refund: OOS consumable + crate too big

After a stem is dispatched, AM can still refund individual lines (e.g. UV wipes out of stock; crate size too big for client vehicle) while keeping the rest fulfilled. Confirm exact lines and excl-VAT amounts with owning rep before payout; refund same account as original POP/card.
