# Remove Fastway/BOX on collect-pay — credit note, don’t rely on quote-edit

When a client arrives to pay a stem that still has **X-FASTWAY/BOX** and wants collect instead, quote-edit can bump price and mint a sibling stem. Prefer credit-noting the Fastway/courier line against the paid stem (human BB credit note) so allocation stays on the original stem.
