# SEDFA/finance — proof of bank account only, never full statements

If a finance agency (e.g. SEDFA) asks for AM Nedbank/FNB statements to pay upfront, refuse: provide proof of bank account only. AM is not seeking credit from them; statements contain other clients' references (POPIA). Never paste full account numbers into public export/KB.
