Trailer delivery paid but tech fee missing — tech may take bakkie setup

If client paid trailer delivery and setup is needed but technician fee was not on that quote, sales may ask technicians to take the order in the bakkie and do setup (as on NU4311-FOREVE-16). Prefer adding tech fee on the invoice next time; for same-day save the booked visit, bakkie+setup is the override.
