# VAT invoice chase on old paid quote

When a client accountant (SARS VAT audit) asks for a tax invoice matching an old quotation stem (e.g. MM4173-MICHAE-8 paid months earlier):
1. Search for Tax Invoice with same stem family (…-14 etc.).
2. Confirm with salesperson who owns the label.
3. Reply with correct tax invoice quickly — deadline-driven.
Do not re-quote; do not ask them to pay again.
