# Align sales+dispatch stock before OOS or refund

**Seen:** GH4144-KAGISO-27 — client told OOS / refund path while Eric says SP-S4 in stock; then fulfill to Taung.
**Rule:** Before quoting out-of-stock or processing refund on stock-wait orders, confirm live warehouse stock with dispatch. Refund request can reverse to ship when stock appears.
