Third-party / cut-to-size belt returns

AM-BELT/MXL sold for non-AM machine: policy is no exchange/refund if not our machine or used/cut-to-size (GH4333-WESLEY belt thread). If sales advised buy for third party, escalate; Eric may still refund case-by-case.
