- Selecting **trailer delivery** on a quote **auto-adds 4 labourers**. Sales must **not remove** that line unless the client **confirms in writing (email)** that they will have labour on site.
- Quantity can be adjusted when fewer people are enough; default stays 4 because clients often claim they have labour and do not.
- Typical 4-person offload (excluding the driver): **1300 mm laser**, **roller heat press**, **large printer**, **plasma table**.
- Default is always 4. If the client commits themselves or extra people, adjust after **written email confirmation**. This protects delivery, not to inflate labour revenue.
- Do not make delivery promises the branch cannot keep; the person who promised is accountable.
