Moving a VAT payment onto a Non-VAT quote

Partial payments captured on a VAT account cannot be "fixed" by stripping 15% on a Non-VAT quote load. Request an internal rematch / credit note so the payment sits on the correct Non-VAT BB, then continue the deal.
