Quoted correct UV ink; client chose cheaper — sealed exchange only

If POP shows correct SKU paid then client took cheaper and complains: require still-sealed return for exchange to correct SKU. No refund for third-party machines who bought wrong items (T&C). Keep video/payment trail.
