# Wrong paper SKU — payment already on sibling stem

When Gerchia quoted SP-FILM/A4 but client took cheaper H-DTF/A4, Eric found GH4309-KEVIN-5 payment already used on GH4309-KEVIN-32. Refund only BB price difference (here R195.50 Ned), not full original payment. Always reconcile sibling stems before refunding.
