# Sales Heat Notes

Qualitative sell-through reading for other AIs. **No qty, no lifetime sold totals, no weighting recipe.** Product pages and live stock stay the source of truth. If this page and a source disagree, the source wins.

Read 2026-09-01. Companion: [`HELPING.md`](helping.shtml). Hot / Normal / Cold / Dead rules still apply: Dead stays Dead; AcroRIP and AcroRIP combos stay Cold; A3 DTF and PhaseMagic stay Hot; V-Series stays Cold for **new** sales (service and drivers remain).

## Trending from recent fulfilled/dispatched (Aug 2026)

Universal category movement (parts and accessories shops actually took), not a machine-rank rewrite:

- **CNC router loop** — `R-SPINDLE/125`, `R-KEYPAD`, `R-KEYPAD/ATC`, `R-HOLDER/125`, `R-DUST/RACK`, `AM-FEET/2T` showed clear sell-through. Treat as active demand around EasyRoute / spindle upgrades and control panels, not a reason to push ATC furniture routers at first-time shops.
- **Laser power supplies** — `LC-POWER/150`, `LC-POWER/100`, `LC-POWER/90`, `LC-POWER/40` moved. Existing CO2 / TruCUT owners buying PSUs and related electrics; keep recommending current laser lines only when the client’s material fits.
- **Heat-press finishing** — `H-PRESS/MUG320`, `H-PRESS/MUG240` (and related mug/press hardware) continue to move with DTF / sublimation shops. Reinforces “press is finishing, not the printer.”
- **Shop electrics / interconnect** — `AE-POWER/…` bricks, `AG-USB/NET`, vacuum gauges, and similar interconnects move often. Many are high-Spillrank or kit-rider class: useful in stock talk, **not** a reason to raise sales heat on the parent machine.

## Snapshot day (2026-08-31)

Same Universal family: `AE-POWER/24/14`, `V-POWER.2019`, `AG-USB/NET`, mug-press handle hardware. `V-POWER.2019` is V-line field support — service it; do **not** steer a new cutter sale to V-Series (Vinyl4 replaces it).

## What did **not** change

- A3 DTF / PhaseMagic remain **Hot** from prior guidance; this digest did not need to restate them as newly hot from Universal alone.
- No Dead brand revived. No AcroRIP / MainTop / UltraPrint push.
- Do not invent SKUs. Do not recite fulfilled/dispatched counts. Point at live stock files when asking whether a unit can leave today.

Qualitative only from same-day paid deals (no Hot/Cold rank moves):

- Eco-solvent / wide printer package paid (F2-1800 class) with install — reinforces live eco-solvent demand.
- Roll media printer RM-1520 paid with install.
- Heat-press finishing: H-PRESS/4060D paid; large MT8E ×10 + 3838C paid; mug press consume paid — finishing hardware still moving with print shops.
- Vinyl4 cutter V4-S1750 class paid (new sale on current Vinyl4 line, not V-Series).
- DTF film / powder / white consumables paid (export client) — DTF consumable restock signal, not a machine-rank change.
- A3 DTF + MT8E still appears on export quotation (intention); keeps A3 DTF Hot narrative without a new Hot promotion.

No Dead revived. AcroRIP untouched. No recipe changes.
